Senior / Lead Vibe Coding Engineer We are looking for a Senior / Lead Vibe Coding Engineer to drive AI assisted, high velocity software development across critical products and platforms. This role combines deep engineering expertise, architectural judgment, and people leadership, with a strong focus on prompt driven development and AI enabled productivity. As a Lead Vibe Coding Engineer, you will set standards for how teams collaborate with AI to build reliable, scalable, and user centric systems—while mentoring engineers and influencing product direction. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Ownership Serve as a technical lead for major features, platforms, or programs Own solution architecture and technical decision making end to end Balance speed, quality, security, and scalability in AI assisted delivery Act as a trusted technical advisor to product, design, and leadership teamsAI Assisted & Prompt Driven Engineering Define best practices for AI augmented development (Vibe Coding) across teams Design and refine advanced prompts to:Generate production ready code Refactor legacy systems Create test cases, documentation, and design artifacts Establish frameworks for validating, reviewing, and hardening AI generated code Evaluate and onboard new AI development tools and workflows Architecture & System Design Design robust, scalable, and modular architecture using modern engineering patterns Translate ambiguous business ideas into clean technical solutions Drive architecture reviews and ensure long term maintainability Guide system evolution from prototypes to large scale production systems Full Stack / Platform Development (Depending on product scope)Lead development across:Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte Backend: Node.js, Java, PythonAPIs: REST, GraphQLOversee cloud native deployments, integrations, and observability Ensure efficient integration with AI models, LLM APIs, and third party services Rapid Prototyping & Innovation Drive rapid experimentation, MVPs, and proof of concepts Assess technical feasibility and accelerate idea to market cycles Enable teams to iterate quickly without sacrificing engineering rigor Engineering Excellence & Governance Define and enforce:Coding standards Automation and testing practices Security and compliance considerations Ensure high availability, performance, and operational readiness Drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction Core Engineering Expertise Expert level proficiency in one or more languages:Java Script / Type Script Java Python Strong knowledge of:Data structures and algorithms Distributed systemsAPI and integration design Databases (SQL & NoSQL)AI & Vibe Coding Expertise Deep hands on experience with AI coding tools such as:Git Hub Copilot ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini Advanced prompt engineering skills:Context engineering Constraint control Multi step reasoning prompts Proven ability to review, debug, and productionize AI generated outputs Cloud & Dev Ops (Preferred)Experience with AWS / Azure / GCPCI/CD pipelines and automation Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, etc)
