Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about the automotive world? We’re looking for a motivated Chrysler Dodge Jeep Honda Sales Associate to help our customers find the perfect vehicle—and deliver an experience they’ll rave about.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and guide customers through the CDJ Honda lineup Deliver product knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm Assist customers through the sales process from first contact to delivery Build strong relationships and follow up with leads Stay up to date on the latest models, features, and incentives What We’re Looking For: A positive, outgoing personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivation with a drive to meet and exceed goals Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales or customer service is a must Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license required What We Offer: Competitive pay + uncapped commissions Ongoing training and career growth opportunities A supportive team environment Access to an exciting lineup of Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles
