About the role

Machine Operator Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay Range: $18 per hour
Shift: 5:45am–6:00pm, rotating 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend required)What's the Job? Operate and monitor machine cycles Manually restart machines after each run, ensuring continuous operation Safely handle plastic rolls using a control arm, avoiding heavy lifting Maintain production rates and ensure steady workflow Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment What's Needed? Strong and consistent work history with no significant gaps (resume required)Excellent attendance record; reliability is critical Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts Attention to detail and ability to keep up with production pace Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends What's in it for me?
