With offices nationwide, our collaborative approach allows us to deliver national strength with local service.The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) supports the Client Service team by managing high-volume, administrative, and process-driven service activities. Focus areas may evolve over time based on business needs.Focus Area 1: Eligibility & Enrollment SupportProcess eligibility and enrollment changes (working with RSP)Manage general service and billing issue resolutionCreate eligibility spreadsheetsSupport Employee Navigator renewals/questionsFocus Area 2: Client Materials & DocumentationPrepare RFP packets and census documentationBuild and update benefit guides and generic enrollment formsRequest benefit summaries, policies, certificates of coverageEnsure accurate and timely filing of client documentation in EgnyteFocus Area 3: Compliance, CRM & ReportingMaintain CRM for client policies and plan dataCreate and distribute annual noticesCreate and distribute FECsPrepare compensation disclosuresComplete benchmark data entryQualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Proficient PC and data entry skills with experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Database and PowerPoint skills are a plus.Proficient verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and customer service skills.Basic mathematical aptitude.Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.Certification in customer service or similar would be advantageous.Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient and friendly client service.Ability to coordinate with other departments, carriers, vendors to resolve issues.Education and Certifications REQUIRED:High school diploma1-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or similar rolesAdditional InformationBenefits: Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.Work Model:Compensation - Hourly $21-24 This role is HybridScottsdale, ChandlerProfessional Development Alera Group AcademyAt Alera Group, growth isn't left to chance.
