About the role
To support a growing retail practice, the remote Manager of Retail Growth will drive growth strategy through business planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting while collaborating closely with the Client Services Director and Retail leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of retail growth plans and monitor progress toward revenue objectives
Coordinate pursuit activities and maintain visibility into the Retail pipeline, ensuring timely execution of proposals and opportunities
Develop dashboards and reports to analyze growth metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, client services, or marketing within relevant industries
Experience with complex pursuits, proposals, and strategic account planning
Strong analytical skills with a background in tracking KPIs and business performance
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
