About the role

THE ROLE: This role sits at the center of the business. Part executive support, part project coordinator, and part operational quarterback, you'll help ensure priorities become outcomes. You'll manage critical workflows, support client engagements, coordinate across stakeholders, and create the structure that allows the team to operate at a high level. This is not a traditional administrative role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and constantly looks for ways to improve how work gets done. WHAT YOU'LL OWNExecutive Operations Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, and leadership priorities. Prepare leaders to be effective, organized, and focused on what matters most. Client & Project Coordination Track deliverables, timelines, and milestones across client engagements. Ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress, priorities, and next steps. Reporting & Communication Develop status reports, dashboards, and operational updates. Help create clarity and accountability across multiple workstreams. Operational Excellence Improve processes, streamline workflows, and help build systems that scale.
WHO YOU ARE: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. A proactive self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Professional, resourceful, and highly trustworthy. Able to manage confidential information with discretion. Energized by helping teams operate more efficiently and effectively.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Leaders trust that priorities are organized and moving forward. Clients feel informed, supported, and confident. Deliverables are completed on time and with minimal oversight. Processes improve because of your contributions. You create leverage for the team rather than dependency on yourself. If you're someone who enjoys being at the center of the action, solving problems before they arise, and helping a growing organization scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
