Job Title
Job Overview: Pay Range: $27.00hr - $28.00hrRequirement/Must Have: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidential employee relations files. Ability to organize case documentation and respond to routine inquiries. Proficiency in preparing correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets. Ability to monitor shared email inboxes and route inquiries appropriately. Ability to assist with data validation and process documentation.
Responsibilities: Schedule meetings and provide administrative support for day-to-day Employee Relations activities. Assist with recruitment administration and monitor recruitment activities. Maintain employment and recruitment records. Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring departments. Maintain tracking logs and provide general customer service support. Assist with training coordination, testing support, and other projects related to system implementation. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents. Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support to the office as assigned.
