About the role
At First Primary Care, you’ll have the time, autonomy, and support to practice medicine the way it was meant to be: focused on patients, relationships, and meaningful care, not paperwork. We’re looking for a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or ACNP) to join our Corpus Christi team.
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality, relationship-based primary care Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Communicate with patients beyond the exam room Diagnose and manage chronic conditions with an emphasis on early intervention and prevention Perform procedures and expand your clinical skills Partner with a supportive clinical team to continuously improve patient care
Requirements:
Board-certified PA-C, FNP-C, or ACNPActive Texas license appropriate to your role Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset Professional, empathetic, and confident handling sensitive matters Someone who values meaningful patient care over unnecessary administrative work Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
