About the role
As an Office Manager, you will directly support our office operations and support Mylo’s executive leadership team. This role is essential to coordinating the day-to-day functions that keep our business moving forward. We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team!What You’ll Do:Lead office operations by providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized office environment.Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout.Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenance, working closely with building/office vendors to ensure optimal working conditions for the company.Facilitate the ordering of necessary supplies, equipment, meals etc.Organize office operations and procedures.Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of company-wide events and gatherings, managing logistics for both in-office and off-site activities.Collaborate with the HR team to foster a welcoming, engaging, and positive workplace culture through company-wide events, celebrations, and employee experiences.Assist with administrative support to executive leadership, including email correspondence, print and bind presentation decks, travel arrangements and calendar management.Assist with client meetings, including conference room set up and catering.Work closely with Mylo’s executive team to coordinate any necessary requests and support with streamlining high-volume responsibilities.What You’ll Bring: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role supporting c-level executives, or similarHigh school diploma or equivalentProficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite platforms, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExperience efficiently managing and scheduling complex calendars for executive level leadershipThe ability to work on-site at Mylo’s office Monday-FridayWe’re Looking for Someone Who Is: A natural problem solver with quick critical thinking skills.Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.Has a strong attention to detail and organizational habits.Is adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.Has previous experience managing budgets and expenses.Maintains a positive attitude in high stress situations.Can proficiently multi-task while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality.Why Join Mylo:Mylo is an award-winning Digital Insurtech brokerage selling Property & Casualty insurance to individuals and small business owners from 100+ carriersFast-paced, high-growth sales environmentExciting company culture that inspires employees to thriveMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company contributionSchedule that promotes work-life balanceCompany-wide events and personal development opportunitiesWellness program that awards healthy habits and can help lower health insurance costs
