Title: Executive Personal AssistantSalary: $150,000 p.a. - $185,000 p.a. Start: ASAPTiger Recruitment is working with a UHNWF based in New York who is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to help navigate their busy life. This role supports their busy personal life as well as executive assistant needs, as both principals have their own businesses. Candidates must be extremely detail-oriented, tech-savvy, trustworthy, and very familiar with vendor management. Prior jobs must have been in Financial Services or a principal in the financial industry - no exceptions.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage principals' calendars, scheduling calls and appointments, whether professional or personalResearch and make travel, restaurant, or entertainment bookingsManage collections such as art, wine, and/or carsSource items, from ordering supplies on Amazon to researching products to finding the rareHelp plan parties & eventsRecruit, interview, onboard, and guide household and administrative employees (under principals' supervision) Oversee property management of primary and secondary residences, including finding and booking services & contractors and possibly overseeing renovationsCoordinate household moves and processes with real estate agentsOrganize financial and tax information and professional firms, and complete routine formsOccasionally fly ahead to set up principalsMaintain CRM for one principalREQUIREMENTS:Strong attention to detail & accuracyBachelor's degree - completedOrganizational skillsResearch skillsSelf sufficientCollege degree requiredFinancial acumenAbility to implement strategyTechnology savvy and comfortable with AI
