About the role

Hyundai Ideal Electric Co. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician for a remote position, performing service, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance on very large high-power electric motors and generators during field visits across the U.S. and internationally. You will represent IDEAL, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver world-class customer service while traveling to customer sites. The role requires safety, quality training, and strong communication.
