If you're driven to make people's lives better and want to do it through your love for bikes, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do (and Love Doing):Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience.Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style.Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships.Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations.Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.Training & Growth:An immersive 2-day onboarding and training class to jumpstart your skillsOngoing mentorship and support to help further your continued developmentTraining partnerships with top brands in the outdoor industryCareer Advancement opportunitiesPerks & Pay:Starting pay is $18-$26/hr and includes a bi-weekly bonus potentialMedical and dental benefits available for full-time employeesPaid time off and 401(k) with company matchingSome of the Industry's best Employee discounts and perksOpportunity for growth within the organization and other sectors of the bike industryRequirements:Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferredA working knowledge of bicycles and cycling gearConfident in using a POS system, CRM tools, and basic office tech like Google WorkspaceCompetitive (in a good way!) and motivated by clear goalsComfort with the physical demands of the role: Lifting bikes, moving boxes, and being on your feet for extended periodsComfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phoneReady to turn your passion into a career?
