About the Company: A well established, growing healthcare organization is expanding its field sales team nationwide and is seeking highly motivated Territory Sales Representatives to support growth across multiple markets. This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role focused on developing physician referral partnerships, growing territory business, and managing long-term healthcare relationships. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a field-based environment, enjoy building business, and are motivated by uncapped earnings and long-term growth potential.
Territory: Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach, VAWhat You’ll Be Doing
Develop and manage referral relationships with: Primary Care Physicians, Pulmonologists, Sleep labs, Internal Medicine providers Prospect and open new referral accounts Grow territory volume through consistent field activity Maintain and expand existing business relationships Partner with internal teams to support territory growth and patient care

Base Salary: $50,000 Total Compensation (Year 1): $80,000+Car Allowance: $600/month
Phone Allowance: $100/month 401(k): Company matching
