Job Description:
Fox Valley Spring, located in Greenville, WI, is currently looking for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team!
Job Summary:
The Grinding Machine Operator will perform precision grinding of metal parts by placing work pieces in holding fixture or hopper in an air-conditioned setting.
Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 1:55pm-12:25amEssential Job Duties:
Monitor machine operations and stop if a problem occurs. Inspects and measures work pieces to ensure specifications are met. Removes finished work pieces from machine and sets aside defective pieces. Capable of reading and completing work orders. Dresses wheel using a preset dressing device. Other tasks as requested
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Capability of working from verbal instructions.
Engage in a team environment to resolve issues.
Ability to work independently on primary responsibilities.
Knowledge of or ability to learn the use of calipers, micrometers and load test equipment.
Education & Experience:
