About the role

Meritex is seeking an intern to support the investments team. Reporting to the Senior Investments Analyst, this role offers hands-on experience in evaluating, underwriting, due diligence and closing real estate investments across various structures. The summer internship is hybrid to accommodate academic commitments, with opportunities to tour Minneapolis area properties and develop financial modeling skills using Argus AE.
