Role Description:
The Supply Chain Manager at Sinful Treat is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure product availability and efficient delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing demand planning processes, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating procurement activities with suppliers to meet service and cost targets. The role involves analyzing data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize supply management strategies. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams to align inventory and purchasing decisions with business goals, implement process improvements, and maintain accurate records and reporting.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast needs and interpret performance data. Candidates should possess supply management and procurement skills to build supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective agreements. Candidates should possess inventory management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste or stockouts. Candidates should possess proficiency with supply chain or ERP software and advanced spreadsheet skills. Candidates should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics is preferred, especially in consumer products or food-related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
