Position Summary: In Person Position – Coral Gables, FL The Account Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational and servicing needs of new and existing clients. This role involves processing account maintenance, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities: Process Investment Platform and Account maintenance requests for new and existing clients. Including updates to personal information, account titles, account types, and other service-related changes maintenances. Review and update W-8 forms to ensure proper tax certification and avoid withholding issues. Analyze and respond to client service requests submitted via the 360 CRM system. Perform signature verification for all client-submitted requests. Scan and allocate client documents into the imaging system (Synergy).Provide support for internal assistance when needed.
Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking Operations is preferred.
