Compensation and Benefits:
  • *Mileage reimbursement plus tools to reduce windshield time
  • Paid training and ongoing mentorship
  • The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit
What You'll Do:
  • Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PTVisit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
  • Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need:
  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standingBLS CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
