About the role

CITC seeks a Director/Sr. Director, Youth Education to lead cradle-to-career education initiatives and technology-based learning, driving partnerships with school districts and community organizations. This role advances career readiness, workforce development and lifelong learning for Alaska Native youth. The incumbent will guide program strategy, secure funding, monitor outcomes, and ensure equitable access while coordinating with the Chief Program Officer and department heads.
