About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Brand Strategy to develop insights that shape brand strategies, business initiatives, and behavior-changing creative campaigns. The role partners with clients to address business challenges, guide brand and product strategy, and develop go-to-market, business, and creative strategies. Responsibilities include leading client meetings and workshops, coordinating research and insights projects, and working across account, creative, scientific, and engagement strategy teams. The VP will ensure that activations align with brand principles, translate brand value into meaningful experiences, and contribute to the growth of the strategy function. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or a related field, ideally in healthcare or another highly regulated industry. They should be able to independently lead strategy for complex accounts and develop brand positioning, messaging, strategic foundations, go-to-market plans, creative briefs, and campaign strategies. Experience with market research, audience insights, segmentation, patient journeys, and behavioral drivers is important. Strong storytelling, facilitation, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills are required, along with sound judgment, autonomy, and accountability for high-quality work. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
