About the role
Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support operations within a manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite role that offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production setting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Additional Information:
Candidates must be comfortable working primarily within a factory environment.
Successful completion of company safety training may be required for operating approved equipment within the facility.
