As the Partner Sales Sr. Manager for AUE, you will be a pivotal leader driving our indirect revenue strategy, ecosystem growth, and strategic alliances within our highest-impact Energy, Utility and Automotive accounts. You will design, execute, and scale a world-class partner program that empowers channel partner and system integrators to accelerate market adoption of PACE's solutions in the AUE sector. This role requires a rare blend of strategic vision, AUE industry acumen, and a commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. In this role, you and your team will actively leverage cutting-edge AI tools to automate routine tasks, analyze complex partner data, and hyper-personalize partner enablement material. You will lead the field to co-sell, build healthy pipelines, drive OSP and TSP growth and Hyperscaler growth. You will participate with AUE customer engagements to help them design and optimize their own partner-led strategies while ensuring continuous, positive software consumption. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Strategy & Operations: Embed AI tools into your daily workflow and team processes—using predictive analytics to identify high-upside partners, AI-assisted content tools to scale GTM enablement collateral, and automated insights to track consumption health. Enterprise Automotive, Utilities, and Energy Ecosystem Leadership: Own the partner sales strategy for the AUE segment, identifying and nurturing alliances that possess deep domain expertise in modern industry tech, supply chain, and field service. Cultivate a Positive Team Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse, supportive team environment. Champion a culture of continuous learning, open feedback, and collaborative innovation (including upskilling the team on AI workflows). Executive Engagements: Lead joint co-selling initiatives with Hyperscalers, GSIs, and ISVs—engaging directly with high-impact AUE accounts alongside partners to present unified solutions, accelerate sales velocity, and advise enterprise clients on designing their own partner-led strategies. Enhanced Qualifications AI & Tech Literacy: Comfort with, and enthusiasm for, integrating artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI for communication/enablement, predictive forecasting tools, or AI-driven CRM workflows) into your management and sales cycles to unlock team efficiency. Industry Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the automotive, energy, and utility industry landscape, including key challenges, technology trends, and the specific partner ecosystems that serve enterprise AUE clients.
