About the role
Leading the transformation of Tebra's outbound sales engine, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will coach and develop the SDR team, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance outbound strategies and execution.
Key responsibilities
Own the design and execution of the outbound SDR strategy, including target audiences and performance expectations
Build and lead a high-performing SDR organization through hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Establish clear benchmarks for activity and conversion, conducting weekly performance reviews and addressing underperformance
Required qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership or manager-of-managers role
Proven experience in building and scaling SDR teams in high-growth SaaS or complex sales environments
Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
Operational and analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose funnel issues
Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach
