About the role
Affim is a remote-first company building its Bank FP&A function. Reporting to the Bank CFO, the Bank Head of FP&A will lead forecasting, budgets, financial modeling and capital stress testing as the Bank forms its foundation.This role requires 8+ years of analytics experience, 5+ years of people management, and strong cross-functional partnership. USA base pay ranges are provided; visa sponsorship is not available. Benefits include equity rewards, stipends and comprehensive healthcare.
