Role: User Support Analyst

Location: Scottsdale AZ (Onsite)

Duration: 4 months, Contract-2-Hire

Pay rate: $40-50/hour W2 Only, client does not allow C2CJob summary: The User Services Analyst provides end-user support for technical issues and supports the IT Infrastructure/Systems.

Key responsibilities: Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment and other IT related systems Create and manage user accounts and access Perform Office 365 and network administration Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training

Required skills: Office 365 Administration Microsoft Office Experience Active Directory Experience Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience Networking – Router, Switch, Firewall, AP Etc. Experience Preferred Mobile Device Management ExperienceAV Equipment/Video Conferencing Solutions Experience Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, Android Please send resume ASAP.
