About the role
Amkor is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager based out of its San Jose, CA office.
Responsibilities Manage the business indices for the assigned customer accounts
Project management with regards to customer's SAP activities, QBRs, customer meetings and revenue recovery
Submit customer RFQ's, respond to Pricing Issues within SAP on a daily basis; address special requirements that had not been quoted and bring to a resolution in a quick manner
Provide PO acknowledgement, confirm PO accuracy, maintain PO tracker, ensure invoice issuance to POs
Provide forecast and commit analysis, track Non-Recurring Expenses (NRE), Rebates, Monthly Billing Process
Create Sales Orders for multiple groups with different needs, requiring attention to detail and flexibility
Manage the inventory and provide updates to customers on current excess materials
Required Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required in the areas of business, marketing, finance, economics or related disciplines
A minimum of 5 years of related industry, inside sales or customer service experience is required
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with ability to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
Proven problem solving skills with an attention to detail
Ability to be self-directed and work independently as well as within a team, with strong organizational skills
This is a career oriented position that requires flexibility with hours to support the business needs and total commitment towards customer service
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with SAP or SalesForce is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonus potential.
Location: San Jose, CA. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
