Location: 6001 Lakeside Avenue, Unit 7, Henrico, VA 23228
Pay: $17.00/hr + bonuses. Paid weekly.
Hours:
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk), Monday-Friday within an 8:30 AM-5:00 PM window. No nights or weekends. We are seeking a dynamic, diverse crew of applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life to join our eco-focused team! What to Expect Variable Hours: Our work is project-based, meaning daily completion times vary. You must have full window availability on your scheduled workdays to accommodate the daily workload.
Travel:
Ride in a provided company vehicle (our Lead ecotech drives; gas and maintenance are covered).
What You'll Do:
Clean residential homes using non-toxic green products and commercial gear.
Follow structured systems to maintain high quality standards.
Communicate professionally with clients and teammates.

Requirements:
Reliable transport to our Lakeside Ave office.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Pass a background check.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time and move safely in different home environments.
