About the role

Digital Marketing Manager Focused On Dam Platform Engineering At AMD, we believe technology has the power to solve the world's most important challenges. From advancing healthcare and scientific discovery to powering AI and the technologies people rely on every day, innovation at AMD is shaping the future. Whether you're designing next-gen processors, enabling AI breakthroughs, or bringing leading edge products to market, every role at AMD contributes to something bigger — technology that moves the world forward. Join us and, together, we'll advance your career. AMD is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager focused on DAM Platform Engineering to design, configure, and extend AMD Amplify, our enterprise digital asset management platform powered by Orange Logic. Embedded within the DAM team, this role owns technical implementation from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, production release, and ongoing optimization. The role builds advanced configurations, workflow automations, API integrations, and reusable interface configurations. You bring independent troubleshooting skills and disciplined change management practices to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions for content discovery, governance, and distribution. You can translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, manage competing priorities, and communicate implementation decisions clearly.
Key responsibilities include: Configure Orange Logic metadata schemas, record relationships, taxonomies, security profiles, permissions, and asset lifecycle rules using authorized administrative and backend tools. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration designs, dependency assessments, and acceptance criteria; evaluate implementation feasibility and tradeoffs. Configure conditional logic, metadata validation, search filters, navigation, and personalized views to support different audiences and access requirements. Build and maintain CMS pages, Guides, Spaces, templates, and reusable HTML/CSS components that meet accessibility, brand, and platform standards. Build event-driven workflows, conditional actions, approval routing, and automations for content intake, metadata enrichment, localization, and distribution. Configure REST API calls, webhooks, and JSON data mappings to connect Amplify with other systems; implement authentication, error handling, and retry behavior appropriate to each integration. Develop JavaScript or Python utilities for API interactions, bulk metadata updates, data validation, and repetitive operational tasks. Validate asset identifiers, metadata mappings, and lifecycle changes across connected systems; troubleshoot synchronization failures and data inconsistencies. Diagnose configuration, workflow, permission, and integration defects using application logs, API responses, browser developer tools, and reproducible test cases. Create and execute functional, regression, and permission tests; coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve defects before release. Manage configuration changes through testing and production release, documenting dependencies, deployment steps, rollback procedures, and post-release validation. Assess vendor upgrades for configuration and integration compatibility; investigate performance issues and implement fixes with AMD IT and Orange Logic. Serve as the DAM team's embedded technical resource for solution design, implementation estimates, dependencies, and hands-on delivery of platform enhancements. Partner with DAM governance owners, marketing teams, IT, security, and Orange Logic to define implementation standards and resolve technical constraints. Maintain configuration inventories, integration mappings, technical documentation, and support runbooks; transfer knowledge to administrators and support teams. Prioritize the technical backlog with program leadership and measure delivery cycle time, automation impact, platform reliability, and search effectiveness.
Preferred experience includes: Extensive experience in enterprise application implementation, platform configuration, technical consulting, or solutions engineering, including hands-on delivery in production environments. Hands-on Orange Logic implementation experience and advanced administrative configuration experience across metadata, permissions, workflows, search, and CMS capabilities. Demonstrated ability to independently design, configure, test, and troubleshoot complex platform solutions and explain their dependencies and limitations. Experience implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks, authentication, and data mappings using Postman or equivalent tools. Proficiency in HTML/CSS and working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for integrations, scripting, and automation. Experience with regression testing, controlled releases, root cause analysis, and technical documentation for enterprise applications. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, manage competing priorities, and communicate implementation decisions clearly. Academic credentials: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated technical implementation impact. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
