About the role

The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center – Phoenix is seeking a Building & Security Lead to supervise Attendants, coordinate shifts, and support the Facilities Director with hiring and evaluations. You will oversee daily security operations, review timesheets in UKG, and conduct regular training while maintaining a courteous, safety-first environment for staff and guests. You will also monitor cameras, respond to incidents, and manage events including overnight coverage.
