Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a construction team in Asheville, NC. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced, direct work environment. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Create, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems Order and manage office supplies and materials Perform copying, scanning, and general document management Provide high-quality customer service, including handling homeowner inquiries and complaint calls Support superintendents with general administrative and office tasks Assist with onboarding paperwork and processes for new employees Take initiative to learn new tasks and contribute to efficient daily operations
Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Professional judgment with a polished, customer-focused approach Comfortable working in a direct, fast-paced construction environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail Prior administrative experience preferred; construction industry experience a plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
