About the role
- Design mechanical systems for building construction, including HVAC and cooling systems specific to critical facilities
- Perform load calculations and build CFD models to validate design decisions
- Create 3D models and construction documents in Revit and AutoCADReview contractor submittals, RFIs, and proposed change orders
- Conduct site visits and inspections during construction, including preparing punch lists and representing the owner on-site
- Prepare technical reports and presentation drawings, and present both internally and to clients
- Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, architectural, structural, and other project disciplines
- Manage engineering design projects from concept through completion
- What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with project management
- Proficiency in Revit; hands-on AutoCAD experience
- Familiarity with applicable codes and design standards
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication with project teams
- Experience in facilities or data centers is a plus, not a requirementA Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus — we support engineers working toward licensure
