Pebble Beach Company is seeking a seasoned Buying and Merchandising leader to define and execute the strategy for its multi-location retail business. Reporting to the VP of Retail, this role will lead a team of six and oversee all product categories, including men’s and women’s golf apparel, equipment, gifts, and lifestyle merchandise. The ideal candidate will shape long-term vision, drive assortment strategy across 17 locations—Pro Shops, Gift Shop, and eCommerce—build strong vendor
