About the role

Weidmann in Vermont is seeking a Production Manager – Fabrication to lead our make-to-order board fabrication operations in St. Johnsbury VT and Urbana OH. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives across 24/7 converting processes, shaping safety, quality, delivery and cost performance. You’ll coach leaders, develop labor resources, ensure ISO and EMS standards, and partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning and Quality to optimize schedules and throughput.
