About the role

Grainger is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy to shape Grainger's long-term roadmap and analyze market, competitive, and macro trends. You will work with the Director and VP of Corporate Strategy and lead a small team of analysts in Lake Forest. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2-3 days per week. You will partner with senior leaders to drive initiatives, craft compelling presentations, and influence strategic decisions.
