About the role

This role is based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy.
Responsibilities: Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Public Affairs, Business, or a related field required. 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, public affairs, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, or related disciplines. Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex communications programs. Proven success leading regional or national marketing and communications functions within large, complex organizations. Demonstrated experience managing reputation, stakeholder engagement, community relations, and issue communications. Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital communications, content strategy, advertising, and audience engagement. Significant experience operating in complex industries facing regulatory scrutiny, public perception challenges, political sensitivity, community opposition, or stakeholder activism. Proven ability to build trust and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups. Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and business unit presidents. Strong understanding of crisis communications, issues management, and reputation protection. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communications skills. Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams. Ability to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization. Data center, digital infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, real estate development, utilities, industrial, technology, transportation, or similarly complex industries preferred. Travel required is expected to be up to 30% but may increase over time as the business evolves. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop or kneel; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
