Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment.
Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for peak production quality.
Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procedures and drive innovation.
Accurately document production metrics and perform quality checks.
Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation.
- Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Preferences
- Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards.
Additional certifications in manufacturing or equipment operation. Drug testing is required for this position. This role is on-site and does not allow for remote work.
