About the role
Paycom - ATS seeks a Lift Operations Supervisor to oversee daily lift operations and lead the lift team. The role focuses on safety, training, and delivering exceptional guest experiences on busy mountain days.
You will supervise operators, conduct safety checks, and coordinate with management to ensure OSHA/ANSI/USFS compliance and accurate documentation. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and weekends.
