About the Role: As a Speech Therapist at Insight Global, you’ll:• Implement customized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and communication skills in children.• Work 1-on-1 with pediatric patients in home settings.• Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License (NC-SLP).• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Pathology.• Ability to relocate to Concord County, NC (before starting).Preferred (But Not Required):• 1+ years of pediatric or home health experience.• Familiarity with outpatient & early intervention therapies.
Compensation: $80,000-85,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
