AMW Group is seeking a customer support professional to help clients use our software and AI agents. You'll answer questions via email, chat, and phone, reproduce issues for engineering, and guide new clients through setup. This is a remote role with occasional on-site work in West Hollywood, CA. You'll keep help articles current as our products evolve and work to ensure reported issues are fixed promptly.
