About the role:
Super Swipe is the draw platform Shopify brands use to run high demand releases without bots, crashes or angry fans. You will be a full time sales representative and one of the first people a merchant talks to. You find the brands that need us, show them how a draw changes their launch day, and carry the deal from first call to installed app.
What you will do:
Build and work a pipeline of Shopify brands that run limited releases: footwear, streetwear, collectibles, music and beauty. Run discovery calls and product demos, and translate what a merchant is struggling with into the release mode that fits. Own the full cycle from outreach to close, then hand off cleanly to onboarding. Keep the CRM honest so the team can forecast. Feed what you hear back into product. Merchants tell you what to build next.
What we look for:
Two or more years selling software, ideally to ecommerce or Shopify merchants. Comfort with outbound. You are happy to start conversations and follow through. Curiosity about drops, sneaker culture and how limited releases actually run. Clear writing and a calm, direct style on calls. Self direction. We are a small team and you will run your own calendar.
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with Shopify agencies or brands that run drops. Experience selling to marketing or ecommerce leaders at consumer brands.
