About the role

Our leading real estate investment client is looking for an Azure Infrastrucutre Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance the company's Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure. This role serves as the subject matter expert for Azure infrastructure and networking and works closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure infrastructure designs and operations align with company security standards Hands-on Azure depth: Someone with strong, practical Azure infrastructure experience who can independently work through real-world architecture and troubleshooting scenarios, rather than someone whose experience has been more oversight-oriented or reliant on other teams for execution. Azure security: Candidates should have a solid foundation in security specifically within an Azure infrastructure environment, rather than broader exposure to security concepts. Entra / identity: We’re looking for strong technical knowledge of Entra and identity/security within Azure, including experience managing Entra application SSO and the lifecycle of Entra applications. Networking: The role requires meaningful hands-on Azure networking expertise and the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues. Applied vs. résumé experience: While candidates may have many of the right technologies on paper, it will be important that they can demonstrate that experience practically and speak in depth about what they have personally designed, implemented, secured and troubleshot. Overall profile: This is ultimately a hands-on Azure Infrastructure Engineer role. We need someone who can operate with a high degree of technical independence rather than primarily coordinate with or rely on other teams for deeper technical work. The client offers an excellant benefits package including health insurance, child adoption allowance and surrogate allowance. This is a hybrid role where the client would need someone on site 3 days per week with flexibility when required.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
