Role Description: The Life Enrichment Facilitator will support individuals in achieving their personal, social, and recreational goals by organizing and leading engaging activities and programs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Grafton, WI. The role includes planning group and individual activities, fostering positive client relationships, maintaining records of participation and progress, and collaborating with other team members to create an inclusive and enriching environment. The facilitator will also focus on helping clients develop skills that promote independence and enhance their quality of life.
Qualifications: Experience in organizing and facilitating recreational, social, or personal enrichment activities Strong interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with individuals and teams Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration Problem-solving and organizational skills to create tailored enrichment plans Relevant certifications or experience in human services, education, or related fields Proficiency in managing time and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of working with diverse populations and promoting inclusivity strongly preferred
