IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Raleigh, NC. This role involves supporting a state government project within the healthcare sector, assisting with project scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery. Position Overview for the Project Coordinator: Support and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Assist with PMO functions including status reporting, meeting coordination, and action item tracking Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) Contribute to project documentation and stakeholder communications Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across various project workstreams Requirements for the Project Coordinator:3+ years experience in a Project Coordinator role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting project scheduling, reporting, and PMO processes Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
