You'll work with minimal supervision while performing essential duties including responding to guest requests, completing repairs from work orders, performing preventative maintenance inspections, and maintaining all property areas in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities include maintaining fire safety equipment, managing tool inventory, performing out-of-room cleaning, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security policies including OSHA and ADA requirements.
