Front Desk Administrative AssistantSterling is seeking a professional, welcoming, and highly organized Front Desk Representative to support receptionist and clerical functions at our headquarters. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, helping create a positive first impression of the company. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to shift priorities smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is required. Experience using business software systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, is preferred.Candidates should have at least two years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or comparable customer-facing office support role. An Associate's degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.RequirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilitiesSound problem-solving skills and the ability to remain resourceful under pressureCustomer-service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanorPrior experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar office support roleFamiliarity with standard office equipment, including printers, scanners and copiersKnowledge of office management practices and data entryPrimary ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors, provide a welcoming experience, and notify employees of guest arrivals.Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges in accordance with company practices.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information, documents, communications, and interactions involving employees, customers, vendors, and company operations.Receive, coordinate, and distribute office shipments, deliveries, and mail as needed.Coordinate scheduling and key management for corporate vehicles.Monitor office supply inventory and notify Corporate Administrative Specialist to place orders when replenishment is needed.Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.Sterling Computers Corporation ("Sterling") is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
