Small team, short chain of command, owners you'll actually talk to. It's the kind of place where the office work has weight to it, because when the permits and rebates run clean the crews stay booked and customers get paid back on time. The Job You keep the paperwork side of our heat pump installs moving Filing permit applications and tracking them through approval Submitting rebate paperwork so customers get their money back Keeping job files current in our CRM Scheduling inspections with crews and homeowners Data entry, filing, invoice and document prep Ordering supplies The occasional customer call or email. Not a call center. What You Get $18–$25/hr based on experience Monday through Friday, full time On-the-job training on every system and process Room to grow into more responsibility and more pay A small enough team that your work gets noticed No micromanagement.
