About the role

RTX is seeking an Operations Product Specialist to ensure the functional operation of electronics manufacturing facilities and to drive the creation of electronics products. You will focus on mitigating overdue risks, recovering to MRP, and ensuring on-time delivery, working autonomously with limited oversight and mentoring others. The role is onsite in Phoenix, with citizenship requirements and an emphasis on influencing policies across manufacturing operations to meet organizational goals.
