Business Financing Sales Consultant - Mandarin Speaking Location: Flushing, NY Job type: Full-time, in person Eazzy Consulting is hiring Business Financing Sales Consultants to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors find financing that fits their goals. If you enjoy building relationships, growing your network, and managing your own sales pipeline, we provide training and a network of lenders to support you. We offer solutions including working capital, microfinance products, commercial credit lines, commercial loans, and real estate financing.
What you'll do: Build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, with a focus on the Mandarin-speaking community Learn about each client's financing needs and recommend suitable options Guide deals from application through funding with support from our team and lender network Develop repeat business and referrals through long-term client relationships Lead educational seminars or workshops in Mandarin Maintain your pipeline in our CRM and work toward monthly funding goals What we're looking for Fluency in English and Mandarin Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills A self-motivated approach to sales and business development Comfort using a CRM and managing multiple client opportunities At least one year of sales, business development, or client-facing experience is preferred. A background in finance and an existing local business network are helpful, but neither is required. Training is provided. Compensation and growth Target first-year earnings are $85,000-$150,000, depending on performance; this range is an earnings target, not a guaranteed salary. We offer paid training, a referral program, and opportunities to pursue management roles as the team grows.
