Responsibilities: Lead and support warehouse staff in day-to-day tasks including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory movement. Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing guidance to warehouse personnel.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes. BakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
