About the role
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and client-focused Client Support Representative to assist clients with questions, requests, account information, and service-related concerns. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive client experience. This position may be performed onsite, offsite, or in a hybrid arrangement depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, chat, and other approved communication channels. * Respond to client questions and provide accurate information about services, procedures, and account-related matters. * Listen carefully to client concerns and identify appropriate solutions. * Process client requests and update information in company systems. * Document client interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately. * Follow up with clients regarding outstanding questions, requests, or documentation. * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. * Coordinate appointments, services, or other client-related activities when needed. * Maintain accurate and confidential client records. * Provide professional and courteous service during all interactions. * Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently. * Follow company policies and established service procedures. * Perform other administrative and client-support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous client service, customer service, administrative, or support experience preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Good computer skills and familiarity with email, databases, and office software. * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. * Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. * Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work independently when offsite and collaboratively when onsite.
